The experience was nothing but positive and installation process was seamless. Everybody involved in the process was very nice and polite. I received frequent text messages from the owners updating me on the status and the process of the roof installation and also a complete album of pictures was sent to me also detailing the entire installation process and will come in handy in case your insurance company wants to check the roof. I had my roof replaced this week by FQRS and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Sales representative Enrique was the first person I met with. After his visit, I obtained seven additional quotes from other roofing companies. I even uploaded all eight quotes into ChatGPT and asked it to compare them based on value, including pricing, materials/quality, insurance, licensing, and company reputation (minimum 25 reviews with at least a 4.5 rating). After doing that level of due diligence, FQRS clearly stood out as one of the best overall values. For context, the eight quotes for my 2,200 sq. ft. home ranged from $22,000 to $29,000, and FQRS came in second lowest in price, which made the cost-to-value ratio extremely compelling. Once the job began, everything went exactly as promised. The onsite supervisors — Nicho, Douglas (bilingual), and assistant supervisor Erling — ran an extremely professional crew. The workers were punctual, respectful, clean, efficient, and highly organized. They also showed a lot of patience with me because I asked a lot of questions, and every single one of them was answered clearly and respectfully. The project timeline went smoothly: Day 1: Tear-off and initial installation Day 2: Roof inspection (passed) Day 3: Full roof installation completed Day 4: Final inspection Everything moved like clockwork. At the office, Adriana (manager) was equally impressive. She was very customer-oriented, attentive, and quick to respond to every message or question I had. Any communication or small issue was handled promptly and professionally. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, organized, and stress-free, which is exactly what you hope for with a major home project like a roof replacement. Bottom line: excellent workmanship, very clean, really took care of protecting the home and A/C, great communication, patient with all my questions, fair pricing, and a professional team from top to bottom. I absolutely, unequivocally, recommend FQRS. 10/10!!! 👏👏👏
